Four kitchen canisters made of cream plastic with brown plastic lids. They have a decal on the front of some cute veggies. Each one has a different name - Quaaludes, cocaine, edibles, and opium.
I fished these babies out of a thrift store clearance bin where they were destined for the landfill.
A good wash, a rebrand, and they’re ready for a new life!

I’m very sad for people who have a problem with gambling when we advertise and push it like this. It’s everywhere, and normalized. That has to make maintaining recovery incredibly hard and exhausting. A generation ago it would be “don’t go to casinos”. Now it’s on your phone.
It’s alarming how little pushback there is to the ubiquity of Kalshi.
Gambling is one of those things that some people can safely dabble in, but some people will be utterly consumed and ruined by. And it’s now unavoidable! There’s no respite for people trying to avoid triggers!
