Everton in the Community staff will be based in the area around the bench before every home fixture for supporters who wish to talk, seek support, or learn more about the services available

I do because we need to show the youth players that they can be around it and have something to aspire to. I’d feel shit about my chances if the club were willing to pick and extra goalkeeper over a youth player.
Why two reserve goalkeepers- doesn’t make any sense. Wouldn’t it be better to put a young lad on the bench to get a feel for it.
