Moratorium is to build new data centres
Article is incorrect in that the gas generators are not to “get around the moratorium” but are used in fact at the request of the grid provider to take pressure off the grid. We have a supply issue for sure but data centres are critical infrastructure.
I have no issue with loosing to a better English side, but the boos for our anthem left a bad taste in the mouth.
