I would think the language of the contract states he has to give a new list of teams he doesn't want to go to each year... There's no way you'd know 5 years out if you wanted or didn't want to go somewhere.

Sounds like extension talks are progressing and is likely. Never know until the contract is signed and announced, but it seems he's going to a Shark for a while.
