As a fan of Star Wars episodes 7 & 8 I believe that the sequel trilogy desperately needs its own Clone Wars-like series. Imagine an animated TV show following Finn, Poe, and Rey that takes its time to flesh out the time period, introduce new characters and retroactively fix issues with the sequels!

Just saw Moana 2. I’m trying to write a review of the movie for my YouTube channel but it’s hard because I literally can’t find anything to say about it. It isn’t good but it also isn’t awful. If I had to rate it I’d give it a perfect 5 out of 10, the definition of a mid tier movie.

I like how The Last Jedi humanizes Luke and basically tells the audience, “just because you’ve overcome temptation once doesn’t mean you won’t be tempted again”. I also think people forget that Luke wasn’t intendting to actually murder Ben, he got scared and ignited his lightsaber out of instinct.
In my opinion I’d say it does. A lot of people’s criticism of Luke is that he would never give up on his nephew, because he never gave up on Darth Vader. I feel like they forget that Luke nearly killed Darth Vader before stopping himself and realizing the dark side was tempting him.
