This is my take on this format, except it's music instead of vidja games, because I don't play a whole lot of those these days lol

Everyone knows I have Issues so I tried to be a little more fair and include other games I really love for the bottom 3. These aren't necessarily in any particular order though aside from the top 3.
Any reason why you used the Japanese artwork for these games?
How? Lmao

Cigarettes
Vorhex Angel - Heavenly (2025)
This is some killer noise rock reminiscent of Les Rallizes Denudes if that interests anyone.
Negativland - Escape From Noise (1987)
I donβt even know how to explain this one. You just gotta hear it for yourself.
Should - Feed Like Fishes (1998)
Pretty enjoyable dreamy slowcore music.
Dealers of God - Bushranger (Act 1) (2026)
What on earth even is this? Not the weirdest thing Iβve heard, but itβs definitely odd.
You mean having a fever? Yeah, those suck
Adorable - Against Perfection (1993)
Very great shoegaze album that I found a CD copy of today.
Cindy Lee - Act of Tenderness (2015)
One of the most haunting albums that Iβve ever heard. Happy to now own this in some form.
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (1975)
This was the first ever CD that I got, so I guess itβs fitting that itβs also the first LP that I ever got.
(I got the yellow variant)

Joyce Manor - S/T (2011)
This one was pretty cool. Funny how most of these songs are under 2 minutes long. Call this group like, the pop punk version of Minutemen or something lol
Bad Bunny - Un verano sin ti (2022)
This was overall fine. Nothing on here was what I would call bad, but there also weren't a whole lot of moments that wowed me. Also, it's pretty damn long.
New month, new thread of first listens (yes, I know that we are 6 days deep into the month already lol)
NEW PINNED
Hi everyone. My name is Kable, and I love listening to music. Here's my Topster.
Feel free to like and repost. I'd greatly appreciate it :)
Everything that I've heard for the first time in the January ranked
The Necks - Disquiet (2025)
3 hours of ambient-leaning avant garde jazz improv, and it's absolutely beautiful.
Cocteau Twins - Milk & Kisses (1996)
I have now finished the whole Cocteau Twins discography. This band is pretty awesome, and while this album is one of their weaker outings, it's still overall pretty great.
