It's very tasty, made with sponge cake, vanilla cream, and meringue, topped with almonds. Commonly goes by the name verdens beste (world's best) as well, but I think kvæfjord cake is a nicer name for it!
A large anthropomorphic tiger man with a big belly is holding a fork and a plate with a piece of Kvæfjord cake on it. The cake has two small flags on it, a Norwegian flag and a gay man pride flag.
Back on Tuesday, @cariboops.bsky.social did some cake-themed art giveaways during his birthday and I was lucky enough to get one! Had to make the cake I had be Kvæfjord cake, because it's very yummy!

A sketch page of various doodles. The first is a fat dog man in a seated position with his hands softly sinking into the sides of his hefty belly. His shirt is far too small and barely makes it past his plush chest. He has his eyes closed and is probably thinking, "Oh nooo I've gotten so big!" He's enjoying it though! The bottom left doodle is a tiger guy that, as the text nearby says, "Is SO chonky and SO gay." He's sat down with his body and face turned to the viewer, a knowing smirk on his face. One arm is raised and the other is implied to be strongly patting his large, drooping gut with pride. At the top of the page are two doodles of Link from the Legend of Zelda series if instead he was a borzoi. The borzoi is loudly yelling awawawawawawa noises while the triforce of courage symbol lights up on its paw. There's also a very roughly drawn scene of the borzoi laying flat on the ground before the turtle that takes you to the Great Bay Temple in Majora's Mask. It's asking "Are you ok?" with a look at concern at the borzoi, with the artist noting that "Flat borzoi hates the Great Bay Temple." The bottom right doodle is of a heavyset bear in gym attire with a tight tank top riding halfway down his belly. He's looking inquisitively at the watch on his left wrist while holding a bag that says "Beaw House Gym" with his right arm. There's also a drawing of paws labelled "The Final Patas! (of 2025)" nearby that is unrelated.

I had a dental infection ages ago. Went all the way down to the roots of the tooth in question, and all I was able to do was sit in a chair and scream in agony. Thankfully I got it fixed up just the day after the pain got that intense, because if I hadn't I think I would've actually perished.
