We had a similar role at @appsignal.com called KOOS (Keep Others Off Support) that devs did on a weekly rotation. We now have a dedicated first-line support person but the second-line support (that’s me this week 👋) still works on fixes as new bug reports come in

So @appsignal.com has joined Bluesky, too. Though this won't be an official support channel, what can/should we do here besides sharing the (high-quality) content we publish on our blog?
