Vividly pink nudibranch covered in finger-like papillae, projecting in all directions. Feathery gills and two rhinophores are visible amongst the papillae. It is attached to a rock, near to its food source, a pink bryozoan.

Fondly recalling my last #tidepool excursion at Pillar Point in Half Moon Bay. My first ever sighting of Hopkins Rose #Nudibranch! They feed on a dark pink bryozoan, hence the distinctive color. Note the feathery gills nestled in the rear end, and the 2 Rhinophores (sensory) up front.
