Not much transport related action this month.
(๐ธ - Birmingham New Street on a cloudy Saturday afternoon)
Wasn't expecting to see any XC service today, however ex Avanti 221107 passed through Longbridge after I alighted my 730.
Working 1S47 to Newcastle. ๐
With the first phase east side extension potentially opening in November, I'm interested to learn what the service patterns will be going forward.... ๐ค
Anyways, Line 1 continues to operate with Tram 35 & 50 running between Wolverhampton & Edgbaston last weekend. ๐๐ท
Headed up to Sutton Coldfield today for the Bull trial....
Opted for Arrivas 110 so I could finally try out the ADL "seed" vehicle. ๐
Very impressed, comfortable, very fast. Better than BYDs on the city bodies which NX operates.

Whilst out at Barnt Green a couple of days ago, some big progress has been made since I last here on the lifts installation here.
The lift towers are being assembled and the foundations for them are progressing well. ๐

With the route withdrawal on the 20th July, Today I finally ticked off Stagecoach Midlands Route 169 between Kings Heath and Solihull.โ
Really low passenger numbers on this journey throughout.
