The Trump policy is already an unmitigated disaster. All the interests that paid for Trump‘s campaign, want their own workforce excluded from deportation, the tech, meatpacking, agricultural, restaurant, entertainment ,hotel industry all want “Their”people left alone. Infighting was inevitable.
