5. “I don’t plan to include any, but are we allowed to add characters outside the core 5?”
As long as your piece follows the prompt, you're free to include whoever! Rebecca, Yata, Melon...! It’s up to you!
The Merch Art will have specific required aspect ratios which will be outlined within the project once Merch Artists are selected.
4. “What image settings will everyone be required to use?”
Seeing as the Spread Art images are all going to be displayed digitally, you're free to use whichever settings you'd like!
But the final images displayed on the site will be within a 10:9 container, with option for full screen viewing.
3. “Are subtle ship plugs allowed? Like am I allowed to allude to past relations with, for example, Lupin and Jigen, or Fujiko and Zenigata, or Fujiko and Goemon?”
It's all about your interpretation of the characters, so ships are very welcome!
2. “I gave 2 pitches because I wanted to give myself some flexibility. How much flexibility would I have if I got accepted?”
You don't have to abide by the pitch/pitches you gave to us in the form if you're accepted, we simply wanted to see your ability to deliver an idea/spark some creativity!

Absolutely! As long as it's all submitted within the file formats, comics are definitely welcome!
