Putting my take out there today we really have no idea what's gonna happen later and if your gonna tune into the stream enjoy the tourney itself too. If we get lucky itl be awesome but as much as I cover this stuff plz keep ur expectations in check.

I'm jus gonna put this out there 3rd kits can literally never happen again and people will keep talking about it because it is a fun and interesting topic. The cope stuff is funny for a little bit but by now it starts being so repetitive it gets in the way of actual conversations or ideas.

Slider hitbox can also be jank around small surfaces that cause moments where it visually looks like it should hit on both player’s screens but it doesn’t (weird and hard to test consistently but it happens)

Hitbox is kind of janky to eyeball especially if you happen to be above the reefslider, it has an extremely high vertical hitbox that can look weird to see and depending on where it blows up it can be very difficult to eyeball if it’ll hit you or not

Also I’ll say something like this makes finding tournament records and specialists in Splatoon 1 and early Splatoon 2 days incredibly difficult without vods which is unfortunate since it means only a few ppl actually recorded footage of specialist weapons from their pov in stuff like comp

I stand firm in the belief that no weapon in splatoon should be deleted and if a weapon is fundamentally bad for the game keeping it worse than other weapons while still throwing the players of those weapons a bone every once in a while is a good idea

Sblast and Luna or goo tuber and squiffer are distinct weapons when they could be evolved by having both concepts in 1 weapon. Combining all the short range shooters if anything removes what has been gradually becoming more and more separate identities for what reason? To have less shooters?

I feel like shooters or other weapons got brought up that missed the point. I want to merge weapons that have clear design problems easiest to fix by combining attributes. I don't mind similar main weapons (like shooters or the 2 rapids) because they don't have this issue.

Lightweight instead of medium weight, if it somehow breaks than adjust other stats since I feel like this weapon should be light and one of the most fun things abt s1 mini was its incredibly fast strafe speed
