The best bet is to have him arrested in a nation that respects and is part of the International Criminal Court. That isn’t the US. But when he goes to one of his foreign golf courses… There is no likelihood he’ll get arrested for anything in the US.

It’s clearly more than that. Those are also used on sidewalks and bike lanes, which don’t look nearly as bad as the roads.
