I used Seqera AI to develop the pipeline in our newest training (Nextflow for RNAseq) and I was impressed by how much time it saved me writing boilerplate code and looking up documentation. Definitely worth trying out for yourself!

It mostly means they can’t count me as a user anymore. For the iota of meaning that might have.

I love to horrify young bioinformaticians by recounting how I used to copy paste sequences (Sanger!) by hand into the little window on the NCBI blast webpage, then save the html file of results.

Finally deactivated my account in the bad place. Feels good.

I used to say that if I knew @nextflow.io and @nf-co.re when I did my masters, I’d have been able to do two masters in the same time. With these two in their current versions, with @seqera.io AI, and other Seqera technologies? Three 😅
