He's part of a religion/monastic order called the Way of the Scarlet Sun, formed around the Winged King (Koraidon). They're formed of various draconic, dinosaurian, reptilian, and other prehistoric-themed Pokemon, who believe they never lost what we refer to as the ability Protosynthesis. That it's a primordial energy inherent to the ancient blood in their veins and just needs to be awakened and tapped into

Kila, a digital blue robotic antivirus with a sceen for a face and usb for a tail from the game KilaFlow, wearing a sun hat and short skirt as a Klawgrip (an crab/controller Datyte from KilaFlow) tugs on it.
Kila is looking back towards the Klawgrip, but not necessarily AT it. It is unclear if Kila even cares, considering it normally wears no clothes at all.
