Johnny Marr: *most beautiful riff you've ever heard*
Morrissey: SOME GIRLS ARE BIGGER THAN OTHERS
Wait I gotta know what was said now
Now imagine our goal song was Every Time We Touched by Cascada
I've been reading "A Queen and an Old Maid" and it's absolutely enchanting. It's about a woman in her late 20s who's intensely insecure about lack of romantic/sexual experience until she gets "queer eye'd" by a flamboyant bi man and he starts to fall for her post-glowup. Peak. Also look at the art.
"denpa" vn by setting the game in the Soviet Union, before computers even existed. I also feel like I understand schizophrenia better, and make no mistake, this is a game about actual schizophrenia, not "schizo Lain denpa vibes"
Cover art for "Z.A.T.O // I Love the World and Everything In It"
I finished "Z.A.T.O. // I Love the World and Everything In It" the other day and can strongly recommend it. It's free (?????) but felt so bad not paying for it that I sent the creator $20 because it felt like grand larceny. Extremely cool, extremely fresh (yet simultaneously classic) take on the
Best decision I ever made was cancelling all my streaming shit and just following all of my favorite artists on Patreon instead. Anyway read Jona's comic it's great
"Do it scared" is wonderful, life-changing advice. Unfortunately, when you follow it, you're scared a lot
I don't have any "hear me outs" because I think everyone I'm attracted to is attractive

What being queer in Texas feels like
I spent an hour on this Clannad/It's Always Sunny meme and it isn't even any good
I feel very vindicated because I NEVER liked Watermelon Sugar
See I KNEW Watermelon Sugar stunk
Hi Mads I hope you're enjoying Australia
I LOVE Angela Collier she's so funny
One really fun thing about transitioning is that you suddenly understand all these poems you wrote in 2016
Inspired writing to use the mullet's own shape as a metaphor for the mullet โ๏ธ
Interesting, I never knew that. Companies love subscriptions now; I'm surprised they don't bring it back
Is there a particular reason more American companies don't try and copy the Japanese manga model of regular serialization in a magazine? I feel like there's a massive appetite for manga in the west--why do we exclusively import it? I know we have comics but why not magazines?
:)

They change "made of love" to "made for me." Fucking VILE
I've known about Alysa Liu for like a week but I'm her biggest fan now. I legitimately teared up watching her short program: a triumph of the human spirit. Artistic AND athletic and JOYFUL to the Nth degree. Pure humanity emanating from her, with the ease as if she were just dancing in her kitchen
Hank Green video entitled "This Fish Deeply Changed How I See Myself"
Going on r/transtimelines pre-transition
Kind of a humiliating admission but I read a book this past week and I actually have no problem finishing a full-length novel so long as I'm reading it on the computer because I love being on the computer so much. If it works it works I guess
I am in a restaurant in a skirt and nobody has hate-crimed me yet. If this changes I will keep you updated but I'm beginning to think transphobes are paper tigers who are exclusively tough online
Emiri Nara from the anime "Ikoku Nikki" watching a movie and crying
I know I say this every week but Ikoku Nikki was simply incredible this week. It quietly destroyed me. The entire episode was full of little emotional nuggets, but I teared up at Emiri having maybe the most important moment of her life watching a movie alone on her couch
It is exactly what you think it is and it is exactly as bad as you think it is. A true assault on the spirit. Pat Finnerty's video on it is superb
