#Sketchnote from last week's @cipd.bsky.social event for Senior People Professionals in Leeds which focused on Diversity and Inclusion. The first session focused on the case for employing people with previous convictions & how to make this a success with input from Sally Eley & Jacob Hill.

Today's weather here in Manchester has been a 3 for 1 offer. Sunshine & blue skies; hail; heavy rain and then back to sunshine.

Worked with a lovely group of people online on Monday evening doing some drawing together of spring blossom and flowers. Had great feedback about how relaxing it was. Here are some of the pictures we were doodling.

We should be screaming this from the rooftops:

"As politicians on the far right and the right compete for votes by peddling hostility towards migrants, ageing populations are shrinking the pool of workers who can pay for pensions and support the welfare state."

Interesting to hear about those differences. Always good to play and see what happens.
