It is an amazing sight in the flesh.

Onion, garlic, ginger & chilli base. Spices- cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric. Then add sauce made of blended carrot (healthy). Add chicken, coriander leaf, garam masala spice & finish with lemon juice. Bob's your Uncle.
Glad to hear it. I made myself a curry last night, you can't beat homemade food.
