The second volume of my gothic Horror comic, Worms is available to buy from my shop. If you like catholic guilt, a pervasive sense of despair, decay and doom youβll love Worms. Grab a copy at erikapriceart.bigcartel.com
Love that one, very relaxed, with some really moving moments peppered throughout as people get to express themselves in the pottery.
TTRPG systems, at their core, are frameworks of creative restraints, posing imaginary exercises you wouldn't undertake otherwise.
House-ruling games out the gate avoids the confrontation of expectations & robs you the opportunity of switching frameworks, making you default into a "standard game".
Rules-lite also means assumption heavy
Three out of these four I quite liked, guess which ones.

I have a patreon. Itβs Β£3 a month & you get to see some art every Saturday, either a finished comic page from Worms, my gothic horror comic, or process images of the previous weeks page (pencils, inks, textures). Itβs pretty cool & helps me out a lot. www.patreon.com/erikapriceart
I've heard nothing but good things about mint, but for some reason I was put off by canonical working on the underlying ubuntu. A company (albeit private) upstream from my distro had me worried about future enshittification, which is probably entirely unfounded. I'll still try mint eventually.
Looking more into this article it might be unsubstantiated actually (i.e. just made up), but since Windows 11 got too annoying as it is I might as well leave up the above post.
I'm not the most tech-savvy person out there (I grew up with PCs instead of smartphones), but it was pretty easy to try out and install two Linux distros on my home machines (Debian gnome and Fedora KDE plasma). Linux mint is supposed to be even easier to transition to from Windows.

I only back projects withou ai involvement, and I'm very annoyed if that information is not displayed immediately but instead buried in the faq of the project, or, slightly worse, requires me to go to the site of the producers to see their stance.

This must be lobbied, and I've asked my MP to do so.

It's incredible how thin-skinned people who post gen-ai images are when it comes to criticism. Just heartbroken when people don't praise something they didn't even make! The world's worst Harry Potter fan-artist has more integrity.

Fielded a terf, received the "worst result for the conservatives in by-election history"
Lots of white male reporters this morning being reflexively sexist and racist about last night's result.
Single transferable vote or something like it would save them from that imho. PR not so sure, but there are loads of people that would prefer labour to reform even if they'd like the greens more still. But yeah, we'll have to witness the slow motion trainwreck.
They'll continue to shout "vote for us or you get Reform" louder and louder until they lose the next election instead. They'll continue the green smears hard also, and obvs not do anything remotely left policy wise. Pretty certain of that sadly.
I doubt it. I can see them worry (rightly) that with PR (or a form of ranked voting, for that matter) the amount of votes they lose from people being able to vote for who they genuinely want would be too large to be offset by the gains in seats from the difference in system - so a non-starter.
Blue shows odds tightening, red shows odds drifting.
Greens hot favourites and coming in, Labour outsiders of three and drifting out.
If you want to oppose Reform don't waste your vote on Labour.
