I've been doing a lot of kettlebells. But started real deadlifts today. Old fashioned bench press for the last month. Core every day
My weight is the same. Started working with a trainer (1d live and independent workouts for 3 additional days) who changes things up every month. Plus the 2 days of kickboxing. Nothing magic. Lifting heavy and stretching a lot

My diet has not changed. We try to be healthy (but don't always succeed) but I'm in the gym 4d/wk. In addition to 45min of kickboxing twice a week.
Yeah it was probably a really good decision. It's a shitshow here.
And now I've lost the game.
