I don't have a large budget for outside counsel, but I definitely won't be spending it with law firms who won't stand up for themselves in the face of injustice.
Musk has always been a serial fabulist about his plans, but when it comes to actual hard numbers the company has a culture of deception. So it's not at all surprising that his criminal operation at DOGE is similarly fact-challenged.

I advise several startups/PE portfolio companies on data protection. Two have come to me asking how to deal with prospects questioning the risk of using US-based suppliers; is it lower risk to use vendors based in places with more "stable" political environments. Not politics, just facts.
