In 25 years of searching, I've never found that VHS (but I found/bought others from the same collection, "Anime Art Video Collection: Douwa").
In the meantime, I imagine this film in good quality by looking at the rare *clean* images (published in an old Anime Style magazine).
From "Jack and the Beanstalk" by Koji Morimoto & Atsuko Fukushima (1993 / only released on a rare VHS tape).
I still hope to see this short film in good quality one day.
