Lynda Sayce plays a piece of lute music that was recently discovered in an archival document at the Museum Plantin-Moretus. Since the handwritten lute tablature was folded and reused as scrap paper, it's problaby the first time in 400 years that this music is heard.

How does anyone start a new business?? Or buy a riso printer???
Text of a clause from a grant application basically saying you can’t apply for cofunding from anywhere else if you apply for this grant.
After spending months writing my business grant application to buy a riso printer and open a shop….i just realized that there’s a teeny tiny clause that I might not be able to because the grant is only 10k, and a whole ass riso business is a lot more than that…

A farmed, 2 colour linoprint in red on fluoroescent pink of 2 shrimp circling each other.
Had made this 2 colour shrimp linoprint to go with the crab and lobster print I posted previously.
All my immediate family members are born in July, so I made a set of crustacean prints for them.

Went for a hike foraging for asparagus today, and found some beautiful borage. We used to make a cough medicine out of it.
Using a layer of felt will help not damage the paper from the pressure of pushing down, but I didn’t even know those presses could be adjusted! I had a woodzilla one, I don’t think it ever mentioned something like that. I just used to see vids of pressing down as hard as they could.
