I'm certain I've gotten really good at learning mindfulness and grounding and shit, especially with whatever sensory bullshit happens that doesn't like.. make sense LOL

but being able to stay regulated to do such is tough. Every second of every day is spent regulating, and it can cause a crash

I just have to remember that I have NEVER processed my neurodivergence while off of medication

I got a diagnosis and then immediately went to ssris. I have NEVER actually sat with what it feels like to have adhd and autism without an environment that's constantly pushing them away lol

idk what's happening lol but first weeks off meds, joy and peace was really really easy, and now the sensory "this is weird and wrong" parts of my brain take over for small aesthetic things

I guess that's just neurodivergence lol but things feel so..idk, wrong? embarrassing? uncomfortable?
