She wrote the passwords in a notebook apparently and now she's saying none of them work 😩 And I told her if she resets the phone all her apps will be gone and so will her logins and she said she can just re download the apps to get back in and this is driving me nuts.

Frustrating thing with my mom forgetting her phone's pin for good and getting locked out is she also doesn't know ANY of her passwords for any of her other accounts and I can't get mad because it will escalate the situation but this is just too fucking annoying to deal with from a distance.
