Today I was making lunch. A sandwich with avocado and mayo, boring af, and since I'm avoiding faux meats I didn't have any tofurky. So I just chopped off a slice of plain tofu and threw it inside. It was actually really good I was surprised. Next time I will sprinkle a little soy sauce. #veganism

Why did I waste my time with oat or almond milks, because unsweetened soy milk is the perfect beverage. I'm so grateful to have no food allergies to soy or gluten. Blessed.
