They make rash decisions that they capitalize on immediately while the rest of the American people and the world at large has to deal with the consequences. The tiny green band of positivity is only experienced by those inside a very tight loop of information while the rest incurs massive loss.

Based on numbers alone, America doesn't even have the grid capacity to support this many data facilities. If our society were to move into this direction, we should be building the infrastructure to support it first not last. But it is the Trump administration. They aren't known for forethought.

It's also 1 dimensional to blame water scarcity on the newest thing that is consuming what is available. I am for AI, but I am against how quickly and haphazardly we are adopting the technology and how slowly the world is adapting to it. It should be slow on purpose.

From my understanding of cooling systems, water is used in a semi closed loop, the amount it pulls is not constant. Similar to a nuclear reactor's water cooling loop but at a fraction of the heat exchange ~45-60*C. So the water draw would not remain constant.

I have watched it. It's not good to put it kindly. The only mentally provacative aspect about this show is analysing how they are constantly breaking their own world building within the same episodes.

I couldn't vote the last pres election, I tried to register from overseas, at the 1st moment I could but my ballot never came, despite changing my address, and requesting the absentee ballot. it just never came in.

he used to be good, like have scientists on, philosopher, fighters, comedians, thinkers, some celebrities. I think when he kinda exhausted those choices, he brought in the fringe people.
