We are delighted to have worked with @centreformh.bsky.social on this report. The therapeutic support offered by parent-infant teams brings huge benefits for the baby, for parents and carers, and for society. The research quantifies the long-term savings parent-infant teams could deliver. Details 👇

We need more parent-infant teams! Besides the financial savings for society, the mental health benefits for families would also be significant. Thousands of babies are living in confusion & distress because their parents and carers are not getting the support they need. This needs to be addressed.

The research highlights the crucial support parent-infant teams offer babies & families and also finds that government could save billions by investing in expanding these specialised services.

We’re one of 70+ orgs united in standing with the PM’s commitment to the early years.

Together, we’re urging Keir Starmer to support babies, children and families from the very start by making this ambition a reality at the #SpendingReview2025.
