Heyy! I myself am NOT in the possession of a TOTALLY LEGAL version of Adobe Collection CS6 which I HAVENT been using for DECADES to make virtually NONE of my artwork, world is small!
The adobe animate thing is wild. Piracy is a necessity in our modern world. Don't give your money to adobe if you can avoid it.
With google form, there's a plugin that can email you the filled out form to your email, then I just auto-sort it into a "Commission" Folder and voila, I move the email to "Completed" when the commission is finished
I have an endless queue but I *only* take payment once I actively start their commission!
I just contact them with a screengrab of the form they filled "Hey! It would be your turn for a comm! Are you still interested?"
I'm wayy more relaxed that way

Each time I talk to a friend working in the animation industry it's always so bleak lol and I leave that conversation going "oh god, what am I even striving to go into at this point xD"
But working on a cartoon or a movie is on my bucket list, and I'm a completionist

Work pipelines are so important! I have a whole standardized Template folder with files and folders neatly organized and named for my commissions and I just need to go through the motions to complete them!
Makes my life so much easier than how I used to organize myself in the past
