Ofc this assumes you have gnocchi in the freezer and are not making from scratch, if the latter it will take a while.
The wine, allium and cream are the base. Super fast meal comes together in 15 min unless your stove takes forever to boil water.
Go ahead and mix up what allium you use, shallots are good too. Or leeks depending. Can change up the cheese with parm. Toss in herbs if you want instead. Or sundried tomatoes or roasted red pepper.
Take ~ a half cup of sherry or white wine, make sure it's drier. Boil it down to about a couple Tbsp. Add some garlic and a pat of butter, lower heat to med and sauté it til lightly browned, toss in some cream and blue cheese, adjust ratios until you like it. Put on gnocchi
For February, we gave big to rent funds. For March, paid two rents directly. I'm not inclined to give landlords any sympathy. ICE is ruining lives and you are actively taking part in it if you evict someone right now

90% of evictions in MN are for nonpayment of rent. I did a sample a week ago and found the avg nonpayment eviction in Hennepin County would take $5,122 to stop. Studies (before the high inflation of the past few years) suggest stopping an eviction saves $6,832 in public costs. It just makes sense
