Introvert here. I loved Reykjavik. Parts of Edinburgh were also very calm and introvert friendly.
I have absolutely had to learn to include this stuff. My writing mentor told me I needed to play more, look down corridors, etc. Not every moment in the book needs to be plot, plot, plot!

A beautiful vintage 1970s resin Cameo in cream with a gunmetal grey wash to bring out the details, features a woman in Grecian / classical robes with her hand up to three birds in the manner of Greek mythology, an oracle and prophetess talking to her birds and messengers. This spiritual oval picture is further decorated with a basket of flowers at the side of the cameo and set on a silver-tone cage with an intricate silver shell with shining, beautiful detail, set onto a shining vintage black ribbon choker with lobster clasp closure. Ribbon measures 14 inches with 2.2 inches of extension, so 16.2 inches total. Pendant is approximately 1.4 Inches by 2.5 Inches.
This dynamic Kraken / Deep One / Octopus Medal with luminous details features a metal alloy Octopus holding heraldic court below a Black ribbon with pin backing, set below an intricate, vintage 1980s arrow finding in a stylistic faceted black and pearl design, retro and futuristic at the same time, brought together with a black teardrop cut metal tracery / filigree pendant behind the shining tentacles and a pearl pendulum hanging from the base. I am apoplectic. As tour guides & in our book, Andrea & I write extensively about the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire of 1911, which claimed 146 lives. 123 of them were women as young as 14 years old. If OSHA is repealed/abolished, it will *murder* workers. Safety regulations are written IN BLOOD.
My parents’ cats love beds but my current cat couldn’t care less. He has a battery-powered fish toy that he pounces on sometimes.
