Right? It was so confusing to me that people truly believed these things!

I was raised Catholic and never believed, but participated in the ritual the same way you participate in Santa (politely, as if real).

Maybe this is just the neurospiciness, but even as a kid I questioned the rules and surveillance the same way I questioned the rules and surveillance of my parents.

Also I was part of the church dancers, and one day I was reading the first Harry Potter book and someone from the church saw me and they punished me by not allowing me to dance with my peers, saying I was reading about witchcraft, which was a sin.

I was also discriminated because I was overweight.

And was told by the adults, and the leaders of the church, to silence these questions. To never doubt god or the scriptures, to not be curious.

And if there's something I will NEVER stop being, is curious. I will always question life, I will question myself, and I will question god if needed.

I never liked the church, not even as a little child. But my mom forced me to go to the evangelical church and for a while I got into it. I sang my praises, participated in everything and studied the bible, even preached to my friends.

But as I grew up, I started having more and more questions,
