Regierungsunterlagen zeigen: Heizungsgesetz war gut! 1. Das Gesetz heißt GEG (Gebäudeenergiegesetz). Es ist seit 2020 in Kraft. 2. Das Heizungsverbot darin haben Seehofer (CSU) und Altmaier (CDU) erlassen. 3. Im Frühjahr 2023 haben Geywitz (SPD) und Habeck (Grüne) das GEG turnusgemäß aktualisiert. Das ist im Baurecht so üblich. 4. In der Fassung von CDU/CSU mussten Heizungen zu einem Stichtag verschrottet werden, sogar wenn sie noch funktionierten. 5. Habeck hat das gestrichen. Jetzt müssen Heizungen nur getauscht werden, wenn sie unreparierbar sind. 6. Deutschland muss sich an die Vorgaben der EU halten. Diesen wiederum hat Deutschland vor langem zugestimmt. 7. Einziger Fehler: Habeck hat nicht deutlich genug darauf reagiert, als CDU/CSU und FDP anfingen, der Öffentlichkeit einzureden, das „Heizungsgesetz" sei von Habeck und nicht von der CDU. 8. Die Bezeichung „Heizungsgesetz" wurde erfunden, um zu vertuschen, dass es in Wirklichkeit um das GEG von CDU/CSU ging, mit dem bestimmte Heizungen wirklich hätten verschrottet werden müssen
