People sometimes get confused about my cautionary tales: perennials close together is great! Less weeding, less mulch. It’s more expensive though, if you’re starting from scratch. Shrubs are hard to move once they’re established so make sure to keep that in mind. #gardening #youcandoitgardening

Depends on the species! Some hydrangeas respond well (panicle and smooth hydrangeas) but others you should leave alone (big leaf and oakleaf)

Have you spoken with them about this? They may not realize it’s invasive. If they don’t care there isn’t really anything you can do except maybe contact the town or create a barrier between the properties that goes really deep. Research how deep. 😭😭
