@jiseonbaek.bsky.social presented this morning at the Symposium on the #endogeneity of #fertility and #employment in the #UK! Ji showed that not adjusting for endogeneity underestimates the employment penalty and overestimates fertility.

I’m excited to share my first Bluesky post featuring my first PhD paper! We found that some 1.5 generation women consistently show higher risks of first, second, and third births compared to British natives, while some 2.5 generation display distinctive pattern of fertility rates.
