Dayum they look so good
Dayum they look so good
It's true, this was my path
There is something extremely satisfying about setting up and pulling off a heist in Relooted.
Hate that I screwed up that table jump, though.
A photo of the book titled "The Book Thief"
Nah, my gf says she's had it at least 10 years now. This is the book:
It's become so bad that I can't even appreciate things that *aren't* AI. Last week I scoffed at a book cover that was so clearly AI generated until I was informed that the book was published in 2013!
And I wasn't the only one who thought it was AI either.
at least people can generate cartoon versions of themselves I guess
Sometimes I think my 100 followers is such a tiny amount and then I imagine trying to fit 100 people into my apartment and it gives me anxiety.
Finally
An article on the history of potatoes before the actual boiling methods. Ah, what's the point nobody sees my posts anyway...
I just wanted methods for boiling potatoes. Are you serious rn? π
Literally a history lesson on potatoes instead of getting to the point

Thanks man ππ»
I spent 3 years working on this thing. What an incredible journey with a fantastic bunch of talented people! So thrilled to see it cross the finish line and so proud of the team that put this together. πͺπ»ππ»
TL;DR Unity -> Godot transition: after 13 years in unity, it took me 4-6 weeks of getting adjusted, and now iβll never go back. it has quirks, like other engines. thereβs bugs. but itβs free, basically equally capable, and well reported issues get fixed quicker than in unity (sometimes within hours)
EVERYBODY CAN MAKE ART IT CAME FREE WITH YOUR HUMAN SPIRIT
Imagine being in a coma for 5 years and seeing AI slop for the first time, no warm up as the technology progressed
If "you can only make art if you're rich" were true, where did the "starving artist" trope come from then, I wonder?? π€
The only downside is not having notes synced to my phone so I can take them on the road, but that's a small price to pay to have complete ownership over my data.
I know Obsidian provides a premium syncing option but doubt I'll ever pay for that.
Finally ditched Notion for Obsidian and enjoying it so far for note-taking. Everything is local so you're never waiting for pages to load or server syncs. I've written a simple bash script to periodically back up my notes to a GitHub repo.
He was on the cusp of inventing the Apple Watch
Tbh I'd rather pay double for games than have to use their launcher.
Love to see studios succeeding with open-source tools!
Your game looks so good! π
Kinda proud of myself for squeezing in a gym session *AND* a run today. Trying to set healthier goals in 2026 instead of over-working myself at the computer. So far so good! πͺπ»
A two-panel meme set in a fast-food restaurant. On the left, a middle-aged man leans over a counter looking down at something, while the Godot game engine logo is overlaid in front of him. On the right, a young employee in a paper hat looks up attentively. Below the images is dialogue text that reads: βWhatβs this?β βYour game engine sir.β βNo that canβt be right, I havenβt installed it yet.β βYou just open .exe and it will run whenever you like.β

Whenever there's big Adobe news I am happy to have weaned myself off their software over the last 10 years.
Here's what I use on an almost day basis:
Blender (3D modeling, animation, vfx)
Krita (2D drawing)
Davinci Resolve (video editing)
Photopea (photo editing)
Inkscape (vector drawing)
Photoshop also worked that way to animate, you would hide/show layers on different frames. Only did it a few times in my life. It was a nightmare.
I've never found anything remotely close to the Flash/Animate keyframe timeline in terms of ease.
Hey friends, do any of you know someone at Discord who can sort out server owner issues?
We're unable to transfer ownership to a new account because the previous owning account was banned due to a hack :|
Discord support isn't doing anything about it and I'm at my wits end
