Really saddened to hear of the death of the legendary Paul Conroy at just 61 - one of the bravest, best and kindest of people and an astonishingly good photographer to boot.

As someone who was at the premiere of this documentary, I highly recommend everyone watches it.
The scene on the bridge under fire, the moment when the camera crew and Oz are detained by Russians and the final reveal of mass graves have been etched into my memory until this day.
Oz Katerji posting his documentary Battle for Kyiv for anyone to watch. It's a great doc, and a worthy reminder of who the clear bad guys are in Ukraine (ie the Russian invaders).

There's no reason to accept this as normal, though. Much of Starmer and Labour's unpopularity is not misfortune but his own doing. Mandelson was a choice. Consistently pursuing policy positions designed to appeal to people who will not vote for you - and alienating core supporters - is a choice.

I don’t need to bring Corbyn in to anything, I have repeatedly gone on record calling him a scumbag, because he is one. He’s a pompous, thick apologist for mass murderers and tyrants. His followers are largely as thick as he is, but generally only about half as malicious.
