#BlindDrams dot 5 finish drying ginger beer - I'm happy with it - a 3
#BlindDrams dot 5 palate - amazed this is dram 5 and not 4 - saccharine again, loads of cereals & quite drying, as the famous five would say "lashings & lashings of ginger beer"
#BlindDrams dot 5 orange wine in colour, leggy. The nose is floral, earthy, love heart sweets, diamond blush cider & cheddar
#BlindDrams dot 4 finish sweet peat but lots of tannin - a 3 for me
#BlindDrams dot 4 palate is ribena and peat, vimto, tannic & a wet woody cask
#BlindDrams dot 4 is reddish brown with a serrated line in the glass. On the nose it's jammy peat, the burnt blackberry jam on a crumble, balsamic
#BlindDrams most likely to be a port finish (albeit they all might) but I get the rich sweet dark fruits on this one - it's a fab dram
#BlindDrams dot 3 finish is quite salty but holds that dark fruit flavour. Really enjoyed this one - it's a FORE!
#BlindDrams dot 3 palate is blackcurrant milkshake and (niche!) Parisian cremes from Geraldo's of Largs (recommendation). - honeydew melon and a sprinkle of salt
#BlindDrams dot 3 is brittle, amber in colour. On the nose I get those old school ink rubbers, bonne maman blackcurrant jam & pine sap
#BlindDrams dot 2 finish has a saccharine sweetness, but a lovely lasting warmth - I'm on a 3 for this
#BlindDrams dot 2 palate has ginger ale, a honeyed hot toddy with a scraping of nutmeg, earthy
#BlindDrams dot 2 has gooseberry on the nose too
#BlindDrams dot 2 is pale gold, settling in oily blobs - the nose is floral, musty, voigner wine, fizzy haribos
#BlindDrams the hashtag feed is super slow tonight - weird!
#BlindDrams dot 1 finish has a fizzy, peppery buzz - a little drying. I'd probably go for a 2 on this one.
#BlindDrams dot 1 palate is sacharine - new makey - baking spices (star anise & black pepper), metallic & rust - it's OK
#BlindDrams dot 1 is dirty bronze in colour & brittle in the glass. The nose is starch & talcum powder, dried raspberry in special K.
#BlindDrams poured and ready to go π₯
