Donβt think so. The text doesnβt read that way. Apparently the Hebrew is even clearer. Lord is of course used in place of YHWH. And it doesnβt even use the generic El for the high god.

Here is one of the most interesting biblical insights Iβve run across years: chapter 32, verses, eight and nine, it states that the high God gave to the Lord, that is the God of Israel, inheritance of people of Israel. Wait what? A God above our God.
