David Frum thinks recognizing Aboriginal title - i.e. Indigenous sovereignty over land - was a thing "invented" by today's Canadian courts. As opposed to, y'know, a thing recognized by the Royal Proclamation of 1763, over a century before the country of Canada existed.
There was a ton of absolutely clueless behavior from CDC/HICPAC on airborne transmission and aerosol mitigations, to the point that they were using junk studies to push the ridiculous idea that a medical mask is as good as an N95, which is not what you hear from anyone who understands aerosols.

Fwiw I think the “apologize for being white” thing is very clearly about making sure white people don’t feel an obligation to alleviate past injustices or make society fairer. Ultimately to do that you have to raise taxes and the billionaires holding Vance’s leash don’t want that.
This is not actually true in the UK. Here you still have to apologise for being white to me, personally.
Wow. Last used ~1934, inherent contempt would in effect bring Bondi to trial in the House & by majority vote empower the House to put her in jail. Far more effective than other options (criminal referral to her own DOJ or endless civil litigation), it'd be a huge bipartsan stand against the Admin.
