My last day of antibiotics and now onto rebuilding my gut microbiome. Did you know it can take up to 2 years to fully restore your biome after antibiotics. Love being alive, have sore guts though. I'll be right it usually takes me 6 months. I'm taking a few more different gut supplements this time.

Soooo I have discovered that ADHD meds can give you UTIs! I am despondent. Vyvanse is the one most complained about (especially if you increase your dose). I have always drunk a lot of water but apparently not enough! Going to scale back to 1 Dex a day for a while until my fear subsides.

I was fully shaking for about an hour after the clinic. 10 years of pelvic pain that ruined my life, held back my career, destroyed my mental health & eviscerated my humanity. Despite everything I haven't had a UTI. Cannot believe how painful it was & that so many women go through this frequently.

I said I never want a medical professional to fucking touch my vagina ever again. I don't have to do pap smears anymore (you can do them yourself now anyway). I only had to do a urine sample & there was no one there & they gave me all the meds I needed & it was all FREE. No one looked at my bits.

Had an extremely traumatised response to getting a UTI today. I've never had one, it came on ferociously and by mid afternoon I was in agony feeling like I was prolapsing and I'd been kick hard at the same time. I went to urgent care and wigged out. It's almost exactly 5 years since my hysterectomy.

No feasible opposition for the next 5 years at least and this is what he's doing.

As a disabled person this is my dream!!! I have to lie down with a racing heart and sweating for like half an hour because of the exertion of having a shower. And I'm ambulant! Can't imagine how much this would change people's lives.
