I also love love love how they use brackets to convey what characters think instead of saying.
Sometimes i just want to know what my characters think but don't say, and Jakuza 0 gave me that!

Finished #Jakuza0 last night after having played it for weeks!
54 h playtime, and only 33% of side-quests completed...

I also cried at the end!! Highly recommend to everyone! Such a well-crafted game, you can see how much love went into it and how witty the writers are. Ah, I NEED MORE!!

I started playing Yakuza 0 (my first Yakuza game, tho I heard A LOT about the series) and I can't get over the epicness of the mundane!!!

And there's literally Don Quijote musicin the Don Quijote store?? This game is 10/10 Japan experience, and I'm not even done with Chapter 3

But overall, my best advice for first-starters is to have one cool feature or short cool story and make it work instead of building the whole world!

I feel what always happens is people decide "let's make something super small!" but then start making it, and it grows and grows until it's all big and complex.
Finishing it then takes a ton of hope and energy, and you're simply tired of it at that point

So, don't only start small but keep small!
