In my experience, after spending 30+ years in IT, is that it's never the manager that gets in trouble, it's the IT staff. The number of time I heard "Well you should have made it clearer!" when what I predicted happened exactly as I predicted.

I watched the first episode and went "Eh, this is not for me" and never watched anything more.
