Recent paper on Adverse Childhood Experiences from GLEPHA SIG Co-Convenor


Professor Zara Quigg from Public Health Institute, Liverpool John Moores University (UK) and co-convenor of the Special Interest Group on Violence Prevention recently published a representative household study of over 5,000 UK adults which shows that adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), particularly when experienced in accumulation, are associated with increased exposure to violence in adulthood and the criminal justice system.
