So after three hours of attempting to buy tickets to the Pokémon Fossil Exhibition at The Field Museum in Chicago, got to the payment screen and submitted payment just to be sent all the way to the back of the queue again.

Still refreshing lol

What really sucks is I’m literally just stuck in a loop of adding tickets to my cart and then having to refresh because it keeps dropping

Absolutely were not prepared enough, I’ve been messaging them through Facebook chat too and they’re looking at the messages but not even responding

I’m past the queue and have been trying to buy tickets through the ticket platform since 12:30 pm.

I have been stuck on the ticketing platform for over two hours… can’t even check out
