Medium oven for 15 mins.

One pack shop bought puff pastry - 2 recipes
1. Pear Tatin.
Any sugar in a flame/oven proof pan. Melt to caramel with cinnamon.
Peel, halve & core Pears and arrange in pan.
Cover with pastry, Egg wash & score.
Medium Oven for up to 30 mins - keep checking.
Notwithstanding my problems with the union, I'd urge academics who are worried about restructuring to get involved with UCU. There are few other ways of fighting back and I'll be at next week's Senedd rally with bells on.
