Yes, I made this puerile animation a couple of years ago out of anger to make a point.

Our house backed on to the MoD fence there, they were always testing bombs. I used to go on the restricted land when the red flag was up when I was about 7, cos there wasn’t much else to do for fun around there in the 70s.

I did some last minute scenic work on this. Interesting to see who was there last night and how good it looked on Youtube.

Yes exhausting. I’m all about coping strategies these days ;) Still a long way to go though with accommodations though. Been working in communal workshop with loud (awful) music, thankfully have ear defenders 😅

Thanks! So many of us in the UK missed out on basic sex education in the 70s and 80s. I’ve accepted so much about myself in recent years- bisexuality being one- alongside AuDHD & RSD, depression, CPTSD, addiction, and alcoholism.
Never felt stronger, and hope someone finds my podcast helpful x
