No apparently it's not I've been disliking everything cute and cozy in favor of bashing in skulls

I thought I was into cute cozy games but I guess my definition of cute and cozy is losing a fight against a deformed, screaming orphan 100 times

Games don't really do it for me anymore man idk

Well not for this game, it's like Dragon Quest Builders 2. It's not a vision problem. I think it's just what the game is supposed to be, lots of people love it btw. I'm just stating what put me off from it

Every area has quests on a scale of 0 to 100. It's not long to progress to 100, it's just repetitive. If you like doing chores you'll love this game!

Before you buy Pokopia:

Game is massive!! Which is great BUT.

This is not an open sandbox game as I thought it would be. Pokemon are region locked and you have to rebuild different towns by doing a very tutorial-ish mainquest.

I am not saying it's bad, but it's not what I thought. 1/2

The writing feels a bit stiff purposefully to maintain a medieval aesthetic, which would normally push me away I think? But the story keeps me engaged, I like it a lot so far, can't put it down

I looked into Pokopia more and I immediately pre-purchased it. I was scared I'd be bored playing it but it's by the Dragon Quest Builder team so I think it's in good hands
