Update: submissions close 15th August for Issue 4, but we're updating our submissions procees after that so PLEASE DON'T SUBMIT until it's in place (probably end August).

Hooray! We're reopening to submissions for Issue 4 from 1st July, with a view to putting it out mid-end August. We'd love to make up the lost time and put out issue 5 in October as planned, so FLOOD US WITH SUBMISSIONS (but do read the guidelines first, please)
